The AUSTIN YOUTH SUMMIT equips teens with tools for mental well-being, self-care, and self-love. We partner with teens, parents and community experts to create a supportive environment that fosters open conversations about mental health.

This FREE community event is all about fostering a supportive community where everyone can learn and grow, focusing on mental health, self-love, self-care, and self-esteem. We'll have mental health professionals on-site to provide guidance and support, with workshops, resources, and activities designed for all ages. The day will include:
